These terms govern your use of the Gable app, website, and related services. By using Gable, you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Gable for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. We retain all rights in Gable that are not expressly granted.

Your content and backups

You retain ownership of content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to use it and for maintaining suitable backups. Gable currently stores projects locally, and deleting the app or losing the device may permanently remove them.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Gable, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, bypass usage or security controls, infringe another person’s rights, or use it in violation of law.

Online and third-party services

Some optional capabilities may use third-party services and require a network connection. Those services may have separate terms and policies. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable.

Purchases

In-app purchases, when offered, are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s payment, subscription, and refund rules. Prices and included entitlements are shown before purchase.

Availability and responsibility

Gable is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may stop using Gable at any time. We may suspend online access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or protection of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these terms as Gable changes. Revised terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
